The Fitness Department at the Ipswich Family YMCA is all about being active. Whether you work out on the cardio machines and Nautilus, try your hand at a weight lifting contest or take part in the Ipswich YMCA Triathlon, members and staff like to keep moving.
At the Ipswich Family YMCA we take a valued interest in keeping people involved with their commitment to a healthy spirit, mind and body. Group exercise classes, personal training, Massage, Yoga and a knowledgeable staff all contribute to our ability to help people accomplish their fitness and lifestyle goals.
What better way to stay active as a family than to join our Saturday morning bike and running clubs, or come work out in the gym with the kids. All of our programs motivate our 4,000 members to get fit and stay strong.
