At the Ipswich Family YMCA we take a keen interest in keeping people involved with their commitment to a healthy spirit, mind and body. Group exercise classes, personal training, Massage, Yoga classes, technologically advanced weight equipment and a knowledgeable staff all contribute to our ability to help people accomplish their fitness and lifestyle goals.

Adult Programs - Personal Training

- Treadmill Running Clinic
- Computerized Body Composition Testing

- Exercise Class Variety: Barbells, Zumba, Zumba Tone, Kick box, Cardio sculpt, Indoor cycling, Muscle Conditioning
- Yoga, Deep Stretch, Stretch & Tone and Pilates classes.
Youth/Teen Fitness Center Hours
- Orientation required before using the Fitness Center, orientations available by appointment at the Front Desk. 6th, 7th & 8th graders may use cardio only upon completion of orientation. 14 Years and older may use free weights, Hoist weight machines and cardio upon completion of orientation.
- Family Hours are Friday 4-6PM, Sat 10AM-3PM and Sun 2-4PM . During Family Hours, youth ages 10 & up who have completed an orientation may use the Fitness Center equipment when accompanied by a parent.
