Database Administrator/Reporting Analyst

Position: Database Administrator/Reporting Analyst
Status: Full time
Location: North Shore YMCA Administrative Offices - Beverly
Description of Duties: The Database Administrator/Reporting Analyst is responsible for the overall management of the operational database including day-to-day communications with the SaaS provider and for providing accurate, timely and relevant data reporting and analysis to the organization including both standard and custom reports. The Analyst will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and support the Association as well as our six local teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or an IT related field or equivalent experience in required. Excellent analytical skills with a keen focus on detail, accuracy and time management. Forward thinking individual who understands membership sales and has experience in automating manual processes and driving efficiency improvements leveraging technology. Proficiency in Windows- and web-based software, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, surveying tools (Survey Monkey, Zoomerang), report design (Crystal or SQL) and SaaS systems.
