40B and Median Household Incomes
In most cases, Chapter 40B developments are affordable apartments/condominiums and homes that are reserved for seniors or families who make below the median household income. Powder House Village will provide housing for individuals and families that earn less than 60% of the median household income.
The following guidelines will be used to determine eligibility in Powder House Village:
- 1 person qualifies at $35,340
- 2 person qualifies at $40,380
- 3 person qualifies at $45,420
- 4 person qualifies at $50,460
