The Haverhill YMCA is committed to providing fun and exciting birthday parties.  Celebrate your child's birthday in their favorite YMCA program!  It's YMCA fun designed just for your special day.  The YMCA offers two different party packages so you can choose the one that best fits your needs and wants. 

Birthday Party Package Options

Party Package 1: Includes use of specified party area for 60 minutes of fun, party room for 45 minutes, instructor(not pertaining to pool parties) to lead activities and assist with set-up, serving and clean-up and a T-shirt for the Birthday Child.

Party Package 2:  Includes everything in Party Package 1 plus “Happy Birthday” cups, plates, napkins, plastic ware, and tablecloth.  You just bring the food!

Pizza and Juice: Each large cheese pizza ordered from Primo's Pizza is at an additional $10.00 cost, and each large pitcher of juice can be ordered for an addtional $2.00.

NEW Room Only Rental: Can't find a party that suits your needs? Rent out our program room! A spacious room with an air-hockey and fuse-ball table, as well as plenty of space to run your party. $50.00 per hour for members, $75.00 per hour for non-members. Maximum of 40 participants, contact the YMCA at 1-978-374-0506 for more information.

Pool Parties
Splash around in the pool! You will get the entire pool to yourself and your party guests for the hour in the pool.  Have fun while still following all of our pool rules and know that the pool is yours for that hour.  Then you will change and go to the party room for the 45 min time to celebrate.  Pool party is great you can slpash around all you want and have as much fun as you want.

Rock Climbing Parties
An indoor rock climbing wall provides tons of adventure for all party goers.  All participants must be at least 6 years of age and activity portion lasts 60 minutes.

Gymnastics and NEW Cheerleading Parties
Bring your friends to tumble, bounce and swing in our wonderful gymnastics center! Whether your passion is for Gymnastics or Cheerleading, we will customize your party to best suit your needs! Gymnastics parties will have a fun-filled hour of stretching, warm-up, games, and your favorite Gymnastics events as well as some free time! Cheerleaders will stretch, warm-up, and do tumbling, stunting, jumping, and motions.

NOTE: Gymnastics and Cheerleading parties are structured events.

NEW Gladiator Parties!
Gladiator is a combination of dodge ball, flag football, and capture the flag. Teams attempt to capture the flag of the opposing team without getting hit by a dodge ball or having their flag pulled from their belt. Teams can create a strategy, utilizing the course bunkers or make a mad dash through the opposing team.

• Payment in full is required to book a party.
• Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your party time to set up. 
• All parties have a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
