Massage Therapy
Massage provides a relaxing experience by hand strokes on the body to rejuvenate the mind and body and eliminate stress. Our nationally Licensed Massage Therapists at the Greater Beverly YMCA are dedicated professionals who will tailor your massage to fit your individual needs and give you the best results possible.

One-on-One Nutrition Consulting
No successful fitness plan is complete without proper nutrition. Certified Personal Trainers and AASDN Nutrition Specialists Corinne Ray or Kari Marks will teach you how to efficiently combine diet and exercise for a lifetime of healthy success.
Virtual Trainer: Web Training and Program Design
Personal Training without in-person meetings. Web Training and Program Designis an efficient and affordable way to get fit fast under the guidance of a nationally recognized Certified Personal Trainer, all done online. These 8 week programs will include written and pictorial descriptions of all exercises. You will have access to your Certified Personal Trainer for follow up correspondence regarding training design and execution, all conveniently done through email and phone contact.
Fitness Assessments
Working with one of our nationally Recognized Certified Personal Trainers you will learn your body composition, resting heart rate, blood pressure, muscle endurance, flexibility, body mass index, and waist to hip ratio. With this information, you will establish what your ideal body weight is and how to achieve this goal safely. A fitness assessment will also assist in identifying risk factors otherwise undetected and will give information to help you create an effective exercise program.
