Group Exercise Classes

Membership at the YMCA comes with lots of privileges. YMCA Members have access to over 80 FREE group exercise classes each week including Zumba, Pilates, yoga and more! Our programs run on the same schedule each week, letting members organize their schedule to make fitness a priority.
We've got lots of classes specifically for beginners and any program can be adjusted to your fitness level. For more information contact Carrie Geary, Fitness Class Coordinator, at 978-564-3907 or just drop into a class and speak to the instructor!
