The campaign is one of the largest capital campaigns on the North Shore. This is one of the most unique YMCAs across the country because of the collaboration with the Boston Ballet Center for Dance Education, which will house a North Shore satellite campus on the second floor. click here for our short film clip on our progress. The YMCA has raised $12 million toward the $14 million fundrasing goal. That means we still have an additional $2 million to raise by the opening of the new building in September 2008. Thank you to Our Donors We successfully raised the $2.2 million in 18 months to meet The Kresge Foundation Challenge Grant and were awarded $750,000! The support of the community made this milestone in the campaign a success with close to 1,000 donors. Special thanks to our campaign co-chairs: Bill and Carol Adams, Peter and Carolyn Lynch, and Eyk and Rose-Marie Van Otterloo. Your support is needed today.
