Children's Island is the place to Camp!

No equipment to buy, no long trips in the car.  Just pack your clothes and food and sign up for a weekend of fun on Children's Island with the family.

The YMCA provides tents, boat transportation by the Hannah Glover, charcoal grill, picnic tables,
and an evening campfire.  The Island has a large pool, staffed by a YMCA lifeguard, bathrooms, kayaks, and lots of fishing opportunities as well as room for games and kites. 

Come join us for an adventurous day and night on the island as you camp under the stars with an ocean view!

2008 Family Camping Dates:
  

  Saturday-Sunday
  July  5-6        July 19-20
  August 2-3    August 16-17

 

Fees per tent:
Member-$110    Community-$150

Camping trips leave from the Marblehead Landing on Saturdays at 10:00am and return Sunday moring at 11:00am.

Children's Island Rentals

Children's Island is available during the summer for use on weekends.  The island provides a great setting for weddings, corporate outings, birthday parites or special family events.
