Early Learning Education for Preschool
3 and 4 years of age

The ages of three to four are vital years in the development of children.  While learning to  be creative thinkers, children use their inherent curiosity and imagination to affect the world around them.  They are active, exuberant, and proud of their increasing mastery of physical skills.  Our emphasis is on providing an environment of warmth, acceptance, and caring where each child can develop a positive self-image and assume a place of value and importance as a member of our YMCA family.  Our teachers take pride in each child's accomplishment and success.  There is ample opportunity to develop the social skills of cooperation and sharing as well as respect for others.


Enrichment Programs: The YMCA will be offering various enrichment classes that will include swim lessons, gymnastics, sports activities, music, and cooking. 

Daily Activities:  Creative play, social interaction, stories, songs, art expression, kindergarten readiness skills, outdoor play, and fine and gross motor development.

Our class rooms are limited to 20 children daily per classroom with 2 teachers.  A flexible schedule allows families to choose two through five days per week and different time options.
