| Description of Duties: | The Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA is looking for an experienced professional to join the leadership team. The Director will be responsible for YMCA Teen programs at the facility and throughout the community, as well as being responsible to lead a successful camp program on Children's Island. This new position requires a person with strong leadership skills, self motivated and creative program development, and extensive camp program experience. Utilize your skills in fiscal management, written and oral communication and relationship-building in thei position while making a difference in the lives of youth and teens in our communities. |

| Requirements: | BA/BS, experience in camp programming with supervision responsibilities, program leadership involving teens. Strong marine back ground preferred. Must be available nights and weekends for regularly scheduled activities. |

| Salary Range: | Salary range 37k to 42k, plus benefit package |
