Max Beauregard
Production Pianist
Max has been involved in many aspects of theatre, including acting, singing, stage managing, and playing bass in the pit. Max also plays piano for his church every Sunday, and he is excited to play for his first show with the YMCA Theatre Company! In his spare time Max enjoys hiking, biking, snowshoeing, traveling, playing music, and spending time with family and friends. He recently graduated from Gordon College with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, and works as a lab technician for a small biotech company in Beverly.
Bekah Jordan
Production Staff
Bekah has been involved in the theatre world for over 15 years, since her very first role in an elementary Snowman musical. She is currently finishing a BA in Theatre and Philosophy at Gordon College, with experience in acting, directing, writing, and technical production. She believes the opportunities that the YMCA Theatre Company offers provide irreplaceable life experiences for the nourishment of young artists in the community, and the young artist in all of us. rebekah.jordan@gordon.edu
Kimberly Kurczy
NSYMCA Performing Arts Director
Kimberly graduated from Gordon College with a Bachelor’s in English and Theatre Arts. She has over 15 years experience acting in hundreds of performances from New York to East Africa. Her recent work includes the title role in Antigone with Vokes Players and Cry Innocent with History Alive!. Kimberly also teaches, has directed casts of up to 75 young people, and travels with her one-woman show Mzungu Memoirs.

Natalie Miller
Class Instructor/Production Assistant/Guest Director
Natalie holds a BA in Theatre from Gordon College where she trained in directing, acting, and costuming. She has been working in theatre both on and off stage for 5 years. In the past year she has coached students in acting with a focus on dialects of the English language. Most recently she performed in "Cry Innocent" with History Alive in Salem, MA.

Katie Oberlander
Production Director/Class Instructor
Katie has a Bachelor's in Voice Performance from Eastman School of Music and a Master’s Degree in Arts Administration from American University. She has over 15 years experience as a singer, actress, director, and drama teacher in regional theatres and independent schools. Katie has directed numerous plays and musicals with casts of up to 60 young people. Her newest play, Applause for Plautus, was recently published by Eldridge Publishing.

Joanne Smith
Stage Manager
Joanne has been doing community theatre since the late 70s. Most of her time has been spent behind the scenes as Stage Manager for groups such as the Winthrop Playmakers, the Swampscott Theater Company, the North Shore Players, and the Pittsfield Players. She has also worked on several shows at Cohen Hillel Academy in Marblehead. Joanne is thrilled to be working with such a talented group of people at the YMCA Theater Company.
