Nutrition for Health and Fitness (All ages)
Nutrition plays a role in almost everything we do. Learn how to improve your health and meet your goals through the foods you eat. Our staff nutritionist is a registered dietitian with a master's degree in nutritional science. Learn personal weight management, menu planning for your lifestyle, nutrition assessment and dietary planning. Small Steps lead to big changes. Fees are the same as Personal Training.
Computerized Body Composition Testing (Special Body Composition Day Sept. 10th) (Ages 18 & up)
Members $12 Community $20
Body Composition Testing is a scientific measurement of muscle tissue vs. body fat. Knowing this information can help you re-evaluate your goals and re-define your fitness needs. It's also an ideal way to measure your progress when beginning a new program. The weight on a scale doesn't tell you everything, be as accurate about your Fitness level as possible by tracking your body composition. By Appointment only, contact Terry Gauthier 978-356-9622 Ext. 1310.
Members $15, Community $23
