Cardio
AB/Step/Muscle Cardio, muscle conditioning and some focus on abdominal work.
Bosu Ball core Strength - This is a 30 min. class that offers innovative exercise using the Bosue trainer and Stability ball designed to strengthen the core muscle. Ideal addition to another class, or can be taken alone.
Cardio Kickboxing
40 Minutes of cardio kickboxing techniques, followed by muscle conditioning exercises to improve muscular strength and endurance for a total body workout.
Kick & Sculpt
45 min. of Cardio kickboxing on free standing kick bags with 30 minutes of muscle conditioning, core and stretching exercises at the end of class, 75 min. All levels welcome.
Pump Jump & Jab
This is a full body 50 min workout including kickboxing, classic cardio and tough strength segments. Come take the challenge.
Sunday Challenge
Are you ready for a no nonsense workout? This class is for those who want little or no choreography, intense exercise variations and lots of calorie burning, boot camp inspired, 75min.
Step
High energy, heart pumping class using step choreography to keep you moving and grooving to the beat of the music.
Total Body Workout
This is a combination of Cardio, Strength intervals with Abdominal training all in one class. You will train every muscle group and improve cardiovascular endurance as well as strength. This class intergrates a variety of equipment to give your entire body a great fat burning workout.
Y-Pump
This is a barbell class that will strengthen and define your entire body. You will work every major muscle group with simple weight room movements, squats, lunges, overhead press and curls. You will be stronger in 6 weeks of this conditioning class.
Y-Cycle
Riding specially designed new Keiser M3 stationary bikes. An indoor cycling class where the instructor guides you through a ride set to music, a great cardio conditioning workout. Intensity level can be adapted to ANY fitness level! Bring water and towel...Sign up at the Front Desk for a space in this class up to 48 hours prior.
Y-Cycle Express
Don't have a full hour for cardio? Then this is the cycle class for you. Cycle express delivers a complete cardiovascular workout in 45 minutes.
MUSCLE
30/30 Step & MuscleThis class is a combination of step aerobics for 30 min. followed by muscle conditioning for 30 min. The variety in this class will be sure to burn those calories and build muscle all in one with the work of two instructors!
Stability Ball Workout
Fun strengthen training class for anyone. Improve abdominal and back strength while toning muscles and learning techniques to improve core strength and balance. All levels welcome.
Fitness Worx
Similar to Muscle Conditioning Classes, with lighter weights and appropriate exercise modifications.
Muscle Conditioning
This class improves your muscular strength and endurance; including abdominals and lower back. Receive an overall body workout, ending with stretches to improve flexibility and range of motion.
Step & Pump Interval
Alternate between step aerobics (cardio) and strength training exercises using barbells or dumbbells for a complete
full body workout!
Tufts Strong Men and Women Strength Training Program
This strength training program created by Dr. Mariam Nelson was created for women and men 40 years of age and older who have been active or relatively sedentary for the past few years and are interested in improving their health, vitality and well being. Its also a great class to enter after you have rehabilitated from knee, hip or shoulder injury.

Salsa Cardio Dance

Bring the attitude! A combination of high energey aerobic dancing, motivating music, unique Salsa choreography and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries and experience a great workout!

Zumba
You will burn calories and get fit without even knowing you're doing it! A Fusion of Latin and International dance music.
The routines are a mix of aerobic fitness, interval training with a combo of slow and fast rhythms that tone and sculpt your body. Fun Fun Fun!

Yoga Basics
Explore the foundational poses of yoga. Practice Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Twisting Poses, Balancing Poses, and Inversions.
Flex & stretch Yoga for men
Yoga session for the inflexible! Class limit is six to provide personal attention to breath, form and focus so you can stretch and strengthen. 8 week session, Members $96 Community $120
Gentle StretchThis stretch class promises to increase range of motion, elongate and relax stiffened, tightened and tense muscles, while increasing flexibility. Work safely on mats and in standing poses to improve balance and overall well being.
Hatha YogaRenew your body, mind, and spirit with Hatha yoga. Inspired by the lyengar tradition, the practice of yoga postures aligns the physical body to relieve stress and promote health and well-being. The use of "props" such as blocks, belts, and blankets allows beginners to experience the postures fully and safely.
Kripalu YogaOpen your doorway to the living yoga of Kripalu while exploring body awareness. Everyone is welcome. Inhale, exhale, and find yourself as we inquire into the world of yoga with the flow of breath, postures, and mantras.
Kundalini Yoga

A yoga practice for beginners and continuing practitioners. Experience longer-held postures for the health and flexibility of the joints and basic flow that builds core strength and endurance. Suitable for all levels.
Sunrise Yoga
Awaken and walk with the universe with some gentle morning yoga movements incorporating body awareness and breath. Come explore your body's capabilities with Sunrise Yoga. Everyone welcome.
