Youth/Teen Gymnastics Programs

Our progressive classes help kids fine-tune their talents and love of the sport. With enthusiastic instructors leading the way, students come into the Gymnastics Center excited and motivated to learn new skills each week.
Programs for children in grades 1-3 include:
- Boys and Girls Junior Gymnast I - Introductory class
- Boys and Girls Junior Gymnast II (grades 1-3) - Prerequisite: Completion of skills in Junior Gymnast I
- Boys and Girls Junior Gymnast III (grades 1-3) - Prerequisite: Completion of skills in Junior Gymnast II
- Girls' Junior Gymnast IV (grades 1-3)
Programs for children in grades 4 and up include:
- Boys and Girls Senior Gymnast I - Introductory class
- Boys and Girls Senior Gymnast II - Prerequisite: Completion of skills in Senior Gymnast I
- Boys and Girls Senior Gymnast III - Prerequisite: Completion of skills in Senior Gymnast II
- Girls Senior Gymnast IV - Prerequisite: Completion of skills in Junior/Senior Gymnast III
Youth and Teen Specialty Classes
In addition to our progressive lessons, we offer a number of fun and educational specialty classes that teach important gymnastics skills. Check out below to see all the options we have this session:
Wildcats Bronze Group
Grades 4 and up
Wedneday at 3:00pm
Designed for girls who are in Junior Gym III or Senior Gym III and who would like to learn level 2 USAG skills and show them off at our annual gym show. All girls will receive a leotard. Class length is 90 minutes and meets once per week. Payments can be made via electronic draft.
Wildcats Silver Group
Grades 4 and up
Wedneday at 3:00pm
Designed for girls who are in Junior Gym IV or Senior Gym IV and who would like to learn level 2 USAG skills and show them off at our annual gym show. All girls will receive a leotard. Class length is 90 minutes and meets once per week. Payments can be made via electronic draft.
Cheer Tumbling
This class is for Pop-Warner cheerleaders that want to improve their skills in all areas of cheerleading. The instructor will teach proper stunting technique, new tumbling skills, jumps, and proper motion placements. Participants will learn a new dance to perform for their parents/guardians at the conclusion of the clinic.
