Pass the practical and written exams to earn your NAUI certification in the pool.

Babysitting Certification (Ages 11 & Above)
Fee:  $60 per person
Covers child safety skills, age appropriate activities, diapering and feeding.  A must have for persons looking to start babysitting.

Lifeguard Training (Ages 16 & Above)
Fee: $300 Member, $330 Community (Package includes First Aid, Pro CPR and Oxygen certifications)
Get trained as a YMCA lifeguard, the first choice for beach guards.  Course covers pool, beach, waterpark and waterfront skills.  Pre-requisites:  500 yard swim, tread water for 1 minute.

Lifeguard Recert (Ages 16 & Above)
Fee:  $100 Member, $150 Community 
Must be a currently certified lifeguard to participate.  Package includes recertification in YMCA Lifeguard, First Aid, Pro CPR and Oxygen.  Brief review, participants should be prepared to test out on skills.

Swim Lesson Instructor (Ages 16 & Above)
Fee:  $300 Member, $330 Community
College students can get certified over winter break!  Must be 16, able to swim 3 strokes, tread water for 2 minutes and dive.  Pass the practical and written exam and be certified to teach swim lessons.

Professional Rescuer CPR (Ages 12 & Above)
Fee: $60 per person
Course covers CPR, blocked airways and the defibrillator for Adult/Child/Infant.  Certification meets the criteria for nurses, lifeguards, police and fire.

First Aid (Ages 12 & Above)
Fee: $50 per person
Learn the protocols for emergency care and how to help in an emergency situation.  Basic skills on how to clean a cut, splint, identify and care for stroke/heart attack/seizures, etc.  Required for childcare providers, fitness professionals and lifeguards.

Oxygen (Ages 12 & Above)
Fee:  $50 per person
Administer oxygen and learn about the different delivery devices.  Appropriate for home care professionals, fire, police and lifeguards.

Adult/Child/Infant CPR (Ages 12 & Above)
