E-Coaching: The Support You Need!

The Greater Beverly YMCA is committed to the health and well being of our members. Open to all YMCA members, E-Coaching provides you with FREE support to help reach your fitness goals. When you enroll you will receive:

- An initial health questionnaire to help us ascertain your current fitness levels, experience and your ultimate goals
- Exclusive access to special workouts targeted to your fitness level
- Emailed monthly newsletter with fitness tips and workout ideas
- Special offers on YMCA Personal Services including personal training, massage, nutrition consulting and more
- Access to the Health & Wellness Director and Certified Personal Trainers to provide answers to fitness related questions
- Quarterly check-ins on your progress to help you stay on track!


 

Fit Start Fitness Orientations


For people getting started on the road to health, the Fitness Center can be a confusing place. With so much equipment, it can be a challenge to figure out how get the most out of your time.

The YMCA offers every member five fitness orientations to help you learn the correct use of most of the equipment in our fitness center. These sessions are designed for all levels, from those who are just beginning a workout routine to those who have been faithful exercisers but want to learn new exercises to add to their workout. Our orientations are roughly 75 minutes in length. You’ll work one-on-one with a member of our fitness staff, who will answer your questions and give you the training you need to help you meet your fitness goals.
