We are pleased to announce Cabot Street Homes at 325 Cabot Street is opened. This beautiful new Enhanced Single Room Occupancy building will house 32 individuals in addition to the newly renovated 9 studio and 2 two room apartments across the parking lot. We are very excited to provide these 43 units of affordable housing to those in need. Applicants must meet specific guidelines and income limits to be considered for placement. Rents start at $645 plus electricity.
