How does it work?
- To get started, sign-up for your FREE account - Fill in your profile and follow the daily calorie budget recommended by Lose It! - Exercise at least 3 days a week at your YMCA - Log your meals, snacks, and exercise on the Lose It! app or website - Earn Lose It! badges as you achieve challenge milestones - Participate in your Y’s Lose It! community for exercise, nutrition & motivational support! |
