Join the Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA’s Challenge
Lose 12lbs in 2012
If you don't need to lose 12 lbs, set your own goal and work towards it with us.

Monday February 6—Friday, March 30

UPDATE: At the end of week one the Y is down 104 pounds!
That is equal to 364,000 calories! It takes a deficit of 3,500 to lose a pound.

How does it work?

- To get started, sign-up for your FREE account
- Fill in your profile and follow the daily calorie budget recommended by Lose It!
- Exercise at least 3 days a week at your YMCA
- Log your meals, snacks, and exercise on the Lose It! app or website
- Earn Lose It! badges as you achieve challenge milestones
- Participate in your Y’s Lose It! community for exercise, nutrition & motivational
 
support!
