We believe:
- ALL kids should have a safe and enriching place to go afterschool
- ALL youth deserve a memorable summer camp experience
- ALL teens should learn the skills that prepare them for adulthood
- ALL adults should have access to health and wellness programs that strengthen their spirit, mind and body.
We believe that more than 5,500 children, adults and families who cannot afford the YMCA should be able to have a YMCA experience.
Believing in possibilities can be expensive. In 2007, our YMCA provided over $1,250,000 in financial aid for kids and families to participate in YMCA membership and programs. The need, however, keeps growing.
Our Y will give away more than $1,500,000 in financial aid in 2008.
We need your help so that all deserving kids, adults and families can benefit from the YMCA. We hope you will believe in the YMCA with a contribution to the 2008 Y For All campaign.
Our success is measured by the lives we touch:
- Your gift of $120 will sponsor swim lessons for a child.
- Your gift of $300 will send a child to camp for two weeks.
- Your gift of $600 will provide the many services of our YMCA to a single parent family for a full year.
- Your gift of $1,200 will help underwrite our teen and family programs.
- Your gift of $3,000 will provide YMCA child care to a deserving family, allowing parents to work.
