Our YMCA makes a difference in the lives of our members through our group exercise, yoga and other specialty adult wellness classes that not only offer a great work out, but also a feeling of family. Our newly renovated fitness center includes
five plasma televisions, 275 square feet of dedicated stretching space, Hoist Roc-it strength machines and Expresso Interactive Stationary Bikes. Relax, rejuvenate, strengthen, and condition your way to better health and overall wellness at the Salem YMCA!
Come get your heart pumping in our array of group exercise classes.
Work on your body alignment, breathing, and flexibility in any of our Yoga classes.
You can take advantage of Personal Training, Massage, or any of our other specialty classes and services.
