Creativity for a Brighter Future

Arts programming at the Y sparks creativity in our youth. They learn to express themselves in ways they never knew possible. We offer all types of programs to build future artists: Drama (play writing, comedy, improve, full-scale musical and theatrical performances), Music (solo and group vocal lessons), Dance (ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip-hop), Fine Arts (painting, ceramics, crafts, and photography).

Offered for children of all ages and abilities, arts programs allows self-esteem and self confidence to grow through creative expression.

• Drama classes, vocal lessons and full-scale theatrical productions are offered several times a year by our Theatre Company »
   
• Our Sterling School of Dance is our year-round dance program, dedicated to offering studio quality classes, in a small setting.
   
• The Lynch/van Otterloo Y is also proud to partner with the Boston Ballet School and house their Marblehead studio.
