Try our new Escape Fitness Training, small group exercise and fitness classes to help keep you motivated, on track and reaching your goals! 

Your first class is FREE!

Escape Fitness Training enables people of all abilities and levels to train together through a series of zone escalations, increasing intensity as you go. In class sizes of 3-12, Escape Training pushes you to train at 80% of your maximum heart rate, allowing you to burn calories hard during and after your workout!

Ages 14 and up.
