Our Ys offer swim lessons for all ages, family swim, competitive swimming, private swim lessons, and many kinds of adaptive swim programs for children with special needs. Swimming is a great form of exercise for all ages and increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints.

OUR CAMP PHILOSOPHY
At YMCA summer camp your child will learn new skills, achieve, develop character, gain confidence, stay active and have fun! Our camps offer children positive developmental experiences that build confidence through skill-building activities suited to their age. Campers are able to explore creativity, teamwork, and leadership in a wide range of physically active programs that influence positive lifelong skills. Whatever interest your child has, there is a Y camp for them. We have waterfront camps where your child can enjoy activities like kayaking and canoeing, camps with acres of outdoor space to explore and have summer adventures. Does your child dream of taking a boat to an Island for the day? We have a camp for that too! For those children who prefer indoor activities, we also offer fun and engaging camps on-site at many of our YMCA facilities. Explore this guide to learn more about how you can build a summer to remember for your child!
Your child’s happiness and safety are our staff’s top priority. We are fortunate to have highly qualified team members who also want to make each day at camp fun for every camper. In addition to our camp directors who have extensive experience working with children of all ages and abilities, we have camp counselors with strong backgrounds in fields such as education, health, sports, and counseling. Our staff teams meet high expectations of training, safety, and care.
NEW THIS YEAR! ELECTIVES
This year, your child has the opportunity to add special electives to their camp weeks. Think art, music, adventure, pop culture, sports and more. From Hogwarts Science and Lego Engineering to Super Heroes Training and CSI Detective camps, there is something for everyone! All electives give your child the opportunity to explore activities they love and ones they want to try. Check out all of the elective options in our camp guides! These added electives are FREE if you have a YMCA membership.
CAMP DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
NEW! Just a $10 non-refundable camp deposit for each week of camp (there is a $25 cancellation fee) will reserve your spot! That payment is applied to the camp tuition. A credit card must be placed on file in the registration system for the deposit and camp tuition. Camp payments will be automatically drafted on Sundays one week prior to attending camp.
Once you have signed up online or at your YMCA you will need to provide important authorization information. This year all forms will be done through ePACT, a leader in secure online child care and camp registration. Once you have enrolled in the camps of your choice, you will receive an email with steps to complete the necessary paperwork to get your child ready for their summer of fun.
Everyone belongs at the Y, regardless of ability to pay. We are committed to ensuring every community member, has access to our Ys and this includes our campers. Our Financial Assistance program enables all individuals and families to become active members and participants at a rate that fits their budgets.
