Our Ys are committed to providing health and wellness opportunities to everyone, at every stage of life. YMCA offers Enhance Fitness, aqua exercise, yoga, stretching and toning classes, volunteer opportunities, and social events. Our programs are designed for older adults and promote fitness and well-being while fostering friendships and connection. Our volunteer opportunities also help build lasting relationships, community ties and provide an environment for giving back and making an impact.
Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. We offer classes and programs for those dealing with chronic disease, joint and injury rehabilitation and more.
Personal Wellness Training
We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. Our Ys offer personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier.

From Beginners, Kripalu, Slow and Gentle Flow and Chair Yoga to more advanced Vinyasa and Power yoga, there is something for every level. Yoga helps, strengthen muscles, center your balance and breathing while restoring and renewing.
This class combines the three key components of fitness: strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. It's open to all, members and community, for free.
Nutrition and Personal Training
Nutrition Solutions and Personal training gets results. YMCA Personal Trainers are certified professionals with education and experience across many disciplines. Your trainer will customize a fitness plan to fit your needs, budget and schedule. Our certified nutritionist can help you gain the tools to reach your wellness goals through healthy food choices.
Volunteer and Social Events
Togetherhood invites Y members to activate their social responsibility by participating in the Y’s cause to strengthen community. Togetherhood provides Y members with fun, convenient and rewarding ways to give back and support their neighbors.
Connectors is about lifelong learning, making friends and having fun. From book clubs, to hikes, to bird watching and square dancing, Connectors is a great way to try new things, meet new people and stay connected to your community.

YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program
The YMCA’s DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM is an innovative lifestyle modification program designed to help adults adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles by eating healthier, increasing physical activity and losing a modest amount of weight in order to reduce their chances of developing type 2 diabetes.
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a twelve-week, small group program designed for adult cancer survivors. This program fulfills the important need of supporting the increasing number of cancer survivors
Parkinson's SMART (Stressless Motivation & Restorative Techniques)
This program is great for anyone with Parkinson’s or Multiple Sclerosis, or for anyone who knows of someone affected by these diseases. Led by Gail Perry Borden, PWR! Fitness Professional and Parkinsonian, the class focuses on researched based exercise specifically for Parkinson’s that is neuroplasticity principled, and holds promise to slow disease progression, restore motor function, increase longevity & quality of life.
