Our Ys are committed to providing health and wellness opportunities to everyone, at every stage of life. YMCA offers Enhance®Fitness, aqua exercise, yoga, stretching, and toning classes, Pickleball, squash, and more. Our programs are designed for older adults and promote fitness and well-being while fostering friendships and connection. Our volunteer opportunities also help build lasting relationships, community ties and provide an environment for giving back and making an impact.

Personal Wellness Training
We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. Our Ys offer personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier. Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. We offer classes and programs for those dealing with chronic disease, joint and injury rehabilitation and more.

Each of our seven YMCA of the North Shore locations offers different programming, so check the location nearest you for current information. Programs are open to members and the community.
