Inclusion Tech The Inclusion Technician supports children in our licensed childcare programs by helping implement individualized behavior and inclusion plans that foster a positive, supportive environment for every child to thrive. Working closely with the Inclusion Specialist and program teams, this role combines hands-on guidance, collaboration, and observation to help children develop social and emotional skills and meet their developmental goals.

Inclusion Specialist,
The Inclusion Specialist helps ensure every child in our early learning and school-age programs can succeed by identifying behavioral needs, developing individualized support plans, and guiding staff in best practices. Through observation, collaboration with teams and families, and proactive training, this role fosters an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children can thrive.

Supportive Case Managers,
Help children and families thrive through our YMCA childcare programs by coordinating services, developing individualized plans, and maintaining close communication with DCF and other support teams. Through regular site visits, assessments, and collaboration with staff, this role ensures that every child receives consistent care and the resources they need for a positive experience.

STARTING A CAREER IN EARLY EDUCATION

Our early educators educate 6,000 children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years in 100 classrooms across 25 cities and towns! Teacher helps create a nurturing, engaging, and safe classroom environment by supporting lead teachers in delivering curriculum and daily activities. By modeling the Y’s core values and maintaining strong communication with staff and families, this role ensures every child feels supported and encouraged to grow.

Classroom Teacher
The Classroom Teacher creates a warm, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment where every child can thrive emotionally, socially, cognitively, and physically. By leading curriculum planning, collaborating with families and colleagues, and modeling the Y’s core values, this role helps nurture confident, curious, and capable young learners.

Team Leader
As a Team Leader in our Early Learning Center, you’ll provide mentorship and guidance to fellow educators while fostering a nurturing, highquality learning environment for children.
