Your Health Insurance May Cover Your YMCA Membership

Many health insurance plans include YMCA membership as part of their wellness benefits. If you have coverage through one of our participating insurance partners, you may be eligible for a YMCA membership at no cost to you.

How it Works

  1. Select your insurance provider below.
  2. Complete the enrollment form and upload the required documentation.
  3. Our Membership Administration Team will verify your eligibility with your insurance provider.
  4. Once approved, we’ll activate your membership and send you a confirmation email with next steps.

If you’re an existing YMCA member and would like to switch your membership to an eligible insurance-funded membership, please complete the form for your insurance provider above. Our team will review your account and contact you with next steps.

We are always glad to provide a payment summary for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement!
