Partnering with the Experts
We have established a partnership with McLean Hospital’s School Consultation Service.

Helping kids get back to being kids
Cartwheel is a trusted mental health partner that helps kids and families get back on their feet when they’re struggling.

In partnership with The HelpHUB, this program is a FREE 60-min, weekly mental health and wellness group walk designed to get us moving, help us create connection and community and encourage us to start talking about what’s weighing on our minds. All are welcome!

With clinicians on staff as well as therapeutic mentors, students in the PASS program receive help with their academics and mental health, as well as substance use counseling to help them successfully transition back to their high schools.

We are committed to supporting the interdependence of mental and physical health. The Y now has more than 20 fitness staff members who completed the Mental Health First Aid certification and are now able to support Y members, in the 25 communities we serve, who might be dealing with a mental health challenge.
