SAFE & CONFIDENT SWIMMERS START AT THE Y
Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. Our Ys offer swim lessons for all ages, family swim, competitive swimming, and many kinds of adaptive swim programs for kids with special needs, so we can all safely enjoy the pleasures of an aquatic environment.

It’s an ideal form of exercise for all ages and increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints. Swimmers and non-swimmers alike can take part in this type of exercise to improve health, fitness and overall well-being.
