Our camps offer children positive developmental experiences that build confidence through skill-building activities suited to their age. Campers are able to explore creativity, teamwork and leadership in a wide range of physically active programs that influence lifelong healthy living. They also have the opportunity to enjoy an outdoor environment where they develop an appreciation of nature.
Summer Camp plays an important part in the lives of our communities’ youth as they develop towards adulthood. Children realize important life lessons and make memories each day as they learn from their surroundings and peers. Whatever interest your child has, there is a Y camp for them. Camp Tricklin’ Falls offers 14 acres where campers kayak, swim, play sports and explore the Powwow River. Campers enjoy the archery range, arts and craft pavilion, 55’ climbing tower and challenge course, nature and wilderness discovery stations, sports fields and weekly fun-filled themes. Each and every day campers realize that Camp Tricklin' Falls is more than just a summer camp, it’s a place filled with positive experiences, friends, memories and fun

Want to Rent Camp?
Camp Tricklin’ Falls is available for large and small seasonal rentals. Swim, canoe, or kayak in the Powwow River under the qualified care of Y life guards and boating staff. Fun family activities including staff supervised archery or try climbing the 55’ climbing tower and low ropes challenge course. Enjoy our basketball, volleyball courts, softball field, nature trails, water front and playing fields. We also offer an outdoor kitchen and catering prep station. Our outdoor amphitheater and stage with seating for 250, six Adirondack cabins, picnic tables and our 30'x40' pavilion for picnics or outdoor catered events. Specialty Camps at the Haverhill and Plaistow YMCAs
Is on-site camp what you are looking for? Does your child LOVE to dance or want to try? How about sports, gymnastics, Nerf, science? On site camp at the Haverhill YMCA and Plaistow Community YMCA has options for every child's interests in a fun, supportive environment with highly trained staff.
Nerf - Session 4
A week filled with the chance to play every Nerf game under the sun. Everything from bounce house Nerf battles to craw-of-duty matches, build up and defend team bases and so much more! Nerf campers with also interact with the other campers groups throughout the day for non-Nerf games, activities options, and camp fun!
Skylanders - Session 5
12x12 gaming, costume creation and role play fun, Larping! If you have ever played skylanders you can imagine all the possibilities for fun at camp! This is your child's chance to experience it all and meet other who enjoy the same world!
Pixar - Session 6
Movie scenes/song competition, character dress up pageant, box drive in movie event, creative pixar themed crafts and imaginative play. This camp gives your child to explore the limits of their imagination all while having fun and learning! Pixar campers with also interact with the other campers groups throughout the day for non-Pixar games, activities options, and camp fun!
Science Explorers - Session 7
Cook and eat pizza cooked in our solar pizza machine, wonders of baking soda and vinegar, discover and experiment with the mysteries of flight, Mythbusters Fun, build and launch medieval machines!
Builders - Session 8
Create roller coaster models, tarp-forts, engineer new machines! Special guest, Ryan Allen will be leading a few of his famous projects with campers. Learning to problem solve and discover new ways to look at the world.
Basketball Camp - Sessions 2 / 3 / 4 / 7 / 8 / 9 AND / OR Floor Hockey & Flag Football - Sessions 5 / 6
Focused on building a player's skills and fitness. Campers will spend time being coached by our in house expert on the fundamentals through strategic game play. Each week will include scrimmages, drills, game and so much more! Campers with also interact with the other campers groups throughout the day for non-basketball games, activities options, and camp fun! Your chance to get a foot up on the competition of those who play in our fall and winter leagues here at the YCMA!
All Sports Camp
An all day sports extravaganza that evolves each week! Playing group sports, making up new ones, learning what sportsmanship / teamwork are all about, and having fun is our goal. With a wide range of ages entering this camp, age appropriate groups are created to encourage high quality experience for all. Campers will have a chance to use the bounce house, create works of art, develop coordination, enjoy the outdoors (weather allowing), play sports, and most importantly create life long friendships and memories.
MS Intramural Camp
Looking for place for your Middle School student to safely spend the summer AND have an amazing time doing so? Let the YMCA guide and mentor your child all summer long while providing awesome games, activities, projects, and so much more. With indoor courts, outdoor field and sand volleyball courts, the possibilities are endless!
