Kundalini Yoga: Open your heart, build strength and release the energy located at the base of your spine Focuses On breath, movement, very spiritual style
PiYo: a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement
Barre: Traditional toning, Yoga and Pilates movements combine in this class. The focus is on alignment, form and safety.
Vinyasa: A more advanced class for experienced practitioners. More challenging sequences including arm balances, inversions, backbends and more
Youth Yoga: A Yoga Basics class for kids! Paced for students of all levels and covers basic yoga postures and the importance of breath.
Pilates: Improve overall strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, and core strength.
Hot Power: Engage in a vigorous flow through traditional sun salutations, standing postures, arm balances, inversions, and more. Build strength, flexibility, and overall wellness as you are compassionately challenged to explore the edge of your physical and mental potential! Modifications will be offered for both beginners and advanced students
Hot Hatha: A heated class perfect for beginners and advanced students! The Hot Hatha practice is based on 26 postures, standing and seated, performed in a specific order to work the entire body. Build increased flexibility and muscle tone, as well as reduce stress and encourage weight loss. This class is perfect for those students seeking a heated and challenging class without the weight bearing elements of Vinyasa or Power, and great for those students recovering from injuries.
Tai Chi: is a graceful form of low-impact, full body, life long exercise.
